Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is: Paint Zero Ltd, registered in the UK, with registered office at 12 Keyford Court, Frome, BA11 4BD, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Paint Zero Ltd, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase necessary.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period

• The competition opens on 06/09/25 and closes at 11:59PM on 04/09/25.
• Entries received outside of this time will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Complete an entry form on our website at www.paintzero.com/competition
• All entries must be complete and submitted by the closing date.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive a room’s worth of paint, defined as up to 7.5 litres of Paint Zero paint in colours of the winner’s choosing, subject to availability.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Paint Zero reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

  6. Winner Selection and Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computer process.
• The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified, otherwise a new winner will be selected.

7. Delivery of Prize

• The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address within 30 days of confirmation. Delivery is free of charge within the UK.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Paint Zero Privacy Policy
• By entering, participants agree to their name being published on Paint Zero’s website and/or social media channels if selected as the winner.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Paint Zero accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, network failure, or similar.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, Paint Zero will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with this competition.

10. General

• Paint Zero reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
• The decision of Paint Zero regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
• This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
